You can remove the data Kliqvo holds from Facebook and Instagram in either of these ways.
- From Facebook or Instagram: open Settings, then Apps and websites (or Business integrations), find Kliqvo and choose Remove. Meta tells us, and we immediately delete the access tokens and the Facebook and Instagram data we stored for your account. You get a confirmation code on this page.
- From Kliqvo: an agency admin can open Settings, Integrations and disconnect the account. This stops syncing and deletes the stored access tokens. To delete everything else, including posts, messages and leads imported from Meta, email us.
To ask for deletion of anything else we hold about you, email support@kliqvo.com from the address on your account. We reply within 7 days and finish within 30.
